At Little Parade Co, we take pride in carefully sourcing and checking every item before it is packed and shipped. To keep our prices affordable for families, we kindly ask customers to review the policy below before making a purchase.
Returns & Refunds
We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
This applies to:
- Wrong size ordered
- Colour or design preference
- Sale or promotional items
All purchases are final once confirmed.
Exchanges
We may allow exchanges on a case-by case basis.
To request an exchange, please email sales@littleparade.co within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number, item details and clear photos of the item.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability, and customers are responsible for return and reshipping costs.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we sincerely apologise.
These cases are eligible for a refund or replacement, subject to verification.
To request for approval, please email sales@littleparade.co and include the order number, clear photos or video showing the defect or damage.
📌 Request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Important Notes
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damaged caused after delivery will not be eligible for exchange or refund
- Colours may vary slightly due to lighting and screen differences
- Little Parade Co reserves the right to make the final decision on all exchange and refund requests.
